Herbert was one of many who escaped Germany when the soviets entered the country from the east, he initially fled to Argentina where all major nazi’s went. When still in service of the 3th reich he was very active with his research on the eternal youth, and as a side interest he was experimenting with the occult like most head nazi’s did. After Argentina was flooded with jewish nazi hunters he escaped again to a little town called Deadville, he lived with his newly wed wife Alicia but she hasn’t heard from him since he went out to do some “research”.
